Richard’s extensive experience includes his role as Vice President & Managing Partner at Kent Commercial, Inc., where he dedicated nearly two decades to advising clients in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area as well was numerous locales nationally. During his tenure, he built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of his clients. His commitment to excellence in Tenant Representation is further underscored by his involvement with the Pike District Partnership, where he serves as a Board Member, contributing to the growth and vitality of the North Bethesda business community.

Richard attended American University and majored in English and Literature.  Richard combines analytical rigor with a strategic approach to address complex leasing challenges.
