Rockville, MD – Rockville, Md.-based Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it is continuing to grow and is expanding its headquarters at 9201 Corporate Blvd.
The additional space will house the commercial brokerage activities and free up existing space for property management, market research, accounting and administration.
Says Robert Scheer, the firm’s President and Founder, “Over the past year, we have added five team members in our various departments, and we have plans to make three to five additional hires this year.”??He continues, “In addition to our specialized brokerage activities in biotechnology and health care, which continue to rapidly expand, we are experiencing growth in our core office, warehouse and retail brokerage. Plus, we have significantly increased our property management portfolio in the last 12 months. Of course, we continue to look for opportunistic acquisitions for investments for both our clients and our own portfolio.”
