SCHEER PARTNERS ENGAGED BY MINKOFF DEVELOPMENT TO MARKET MEDICAL SPACE IN GERMANTOWN

Germantown, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services for the health science industry in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that Germantown-based Minkoff Development has hired the Rockville-based company to lease the remaining 18,000 square feet of available medical space in Building A at 20680 Seneca Meadows Parkway.

Already, 11,500 square feet has been leased.

The two-story, 57,000-square-foot property is part of the Shops at Seneca Meadows, a new 210,000-square-foot development at the intersection of Interstate 270 and Father Hurley Boulevard that will include the first Wegmans Food Market in Montgomery County.

Scheer Partners Founder and President Robert Scheer, Senior Vice President Nate Crowe and Commercial Leasing Agent Kevin Rosenberg are marketing 20680 Seneca Meadows Parkway to a wide variety of health-care practices, which may lease between 1,500 square feet and 18,000 square feet.

“This is a terrific opportunity for doctors’ groups, specialists and other medical practitioners to locate in what is anticipated to be one of Germantown’s most highly trafficked areas,” Crowe says. “We are seeing a great deal of interest from a range of medical practices and health-care businesses that find the visibility and building signage appealing.”

Both the medical space, as well as the retail component, will deliver in September of this year.
