Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners continues to expand its biotechnology brokerage business.

Robert Scheer, the founder and president of Scheer Partners, and Matt Brady, a company vice president, are marketing 15010 Broschart Road in Rockville, 401 Professional Drive in Gaithersburg, and 620 Professional Drive, which is also in Gaithersburg.
The two-story building at 15010 Broschart Road contains 10,882 square feet of rentable space. Existing tenants include CytImmune Sciences, Scanalytics and Theranostics Health. The two-story property at 401 Professional Drive has 11,000 square feet of rentable space, and companies such as eENZYME, GlycoMimetics and Sirnaomics currently reside there. Finally, the one-story building at 620 Professional Drive possesses 26,127 square feet of rentable space.
