SCHEER PARTNERS PLAYS VITAL ROLE IN QUICKLY FILLING UP VACANT SPACE AT ROCKVILLE BUILDING

Rockville, MD – In downtown Rockville, the historic building located at 109 North Adams St. was languishing, with only one tenant in the building.

The property’s owners called on Scheer Partners to market the building. Less than three months later, the building is 100 percent leased.

Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of the landlord at 109 North Adams St. the signing of eight leases, all by attorneys, to fully occupy the property.

In these transactions, Scheer Partners Vice President Nate Crowe and Omar McKeithan, a company associate, represented the Rockville building’s ownership team.

“We’re quite pleased to have worked with the owners of 109 North Adams St. in rapidly completing eight lease transactions, resulting in 100 percent occupancy for the property,” Crowe says. “The landlord was faced with more vacancy than accustomed to, and we are excited to play a role in getting the building fully leased.”
