Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it represented AdvaGenix in securing a 2,299-square-foot lease at 9430 Key West Avenue, a 57,638-square-foot Rockville building owned by Danac Corporation.
In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Matt Brady and Associates Aaron Gambini and Kevin Rosenberg represented AdvaGenix.
