SCHEER PARTNERS REPRESENTS ALEXANDER & CLEAVER WITH NEW OFFICE LOCATION IN ROCKVILLE, MD

Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has negotiated on behalf of
Maryland powerhouse legal and lobbying firm Alexander & Cleaver a 1,591-square-foot lease at One Metro Square, 228,807-square-foot building owned by Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.

In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Henry Bernstein represented Alexander & Cleaver, who currently has offices in Annapolis, Fort Washington, La Plata, Cumberland and Alexandria, Virginia.

Bernstein says, “Former Senate Majority Leader Rob Garagiola recently left the State Senate to become Managing Partner at Alexander & Cleaver. The firm required a Montgomery County location, with the Rockville location becoming their sixth office.”

“Scheer Partners hit this one out of the park for us. This is the ideal location for our Montgomery County office. We are strategically located in the heart of Montgomery County; adjacent to the Montgomery County Courthouse and Executive Office Building. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.” adds Rob Garagiola.
