Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has negotiated on behalf of GeneCopoeia, a U.S.-based manufacturer and provider of genomics as well as proteomics products and services, a lease renewal and expansion bringing its offices to 16,510 square feet at 9620 Medical Center Drive, a 64,227-square- foot Rockville building owned by Rickman Development.
In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice Presidents Matt Brady and Nathan Crowe representedGeneCopoeia.
