Scheer Partners Represents Landlord in Five Retail Leases Bringing Germantown Building to 100 Percent Occupancy

Germantown, MD – Two Scheer Partners executives have played key roles in executing lease transactions for five retailers bringing the 30,000-square-foot Churchill Business Center in Germantown to full occupancy.

Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has negotiated five leases totaling nearly 15,000 square feet on behalf of the landlord at 13220 Wisteria Drive.

The new tenants include a 7,200-square-foot lease with Food World, a retailer of Indian and South-Asian cuisine, Tradewinds, which now occupies 2,100 square feet, and three other tenants – Clopper Beer & Wine; CoMMotion Pilates Studio; and Milano’s Pizza & Pasta – each taking 1,800 square feet.

In these transactions, two Scheer Partners vice presidents, Matt Brady and Nate Crowe, represented 13220 Wisteria Drive’s ownership team.
