SCHEER PARTNERS REPRESENTS LLCC II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP IN $1.19 MILLION, 2.58-ACRE LAND SALE IN LAUREL, MD

Laurel, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of LLCC II Limited Partnership in a transaction with RushiPath Hospitality Group for the purchase of a 2.58-acre land-development parcel.

Germantown-based Golden Realty LLC purchased this land parcel for $1.19 million from Chevy Chase-based LLCC II Limited Partnership.

In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Nathan Crowe, along with Perry Berman, Vice President of Land Use & Planning, and David Edgerley, Senior Vice President, represented LLCC II Limited Partnership.

Golden Realty LLC is planning to build an extended-stay hotel on the 2.58-acre parcel.

“This sale of vacant property was a very difficult process requiring a variety of skills and knowledge of local zoning. We worked closely with the City of Laurel staff to insure that the buyer understood the city regulations. The City of Laurel was very supportive of an extended-stay hotel at this location,” Berman says.
