SCHEER PARTNERS REPRESENTS TOP ALLIANCE BIOSCIENCE WITH NEW LOCATION IN ROCKVILLE, MD

Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announced today that it has negotiated on behalf of Shanghai-based Top Alliance Bioscience a 3,672-square-foot lease at 9430 Key West Avenue, a 57,638-square-foot building owned by Danac Corporation.

In this transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Henry Bernstein represented Top Alliance Bioscience, which is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and currently has a U.S. office in San Francisco.
