The Team: 

Julian P. Etches, former senior vice president of McShea & Company and managing director of investment sales at Transwestern, brings more than 13 years of experience of skills to the table at Scheer Partners, which have netted more than $475 million in closed deals. His particular expertise lies within investment property sales across multiple categories — suburban office, neighborhood retail, distribution warehouse and flex/industrial, to be specific.

Joe Donegan joined Scheer Partners in the summer of 2018 with 29 years of experience in the real estate industry (and more than $500 million in transactions) already under his belt. He was a co-founder of Ijamsville, Maryland-based firm Tyler Donegan Duncan Real Estate Services (now known as Tyler Duncan Realty Partners) and is extensively acquainted with property and asset management, as well as lease consulting.

Rick Farren, a veteran of Commercial Real Estate, Rick has been active in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore region since 1989 and has experience ranging from sales and leasing as well as overseeing the marketing of build-to-suits and land sale opportunities. Prior to joining Scheer Partners, Rick was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Bethesda Office for 6 years. Rick was also a Senior Vice President at Avison Young/McShea & Company, and Manekin Corporation, as well as a Vice President/Commercial Sales and Leasing at Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, Inc.
