Scheer Partners helped to facilitate an early exit from their facilities at 101 Orchard Ridge to accommodate a 40% expansion into 401 Professional Drive where they took 14,500 SF.
With a combination of Scheer Partners’ market knowledge and technical expertise, the team was able to find a facility with sufficient HVAC to accommodate GlycoMimetics’ heavy concentration of chemical fume hoods.
Sale. Scheer Partners was able to use intimate knowledge of the lab market to secure an off-market sublease from Intercell to facilitate Novavax’s manufacturing needs. The size of Novavax’s new facility is approximately 74,000 SF on the Firstfield Road.
Scheer Partners was able to locate and negotiate a custom built solution to facilitate IBT’s expansion of their executive offices, R&D labs, GLP labs and tissue culture functions. IBT took 10,500 SF at 21 Firstfield Road.
Negotiated and built both phases of Ocimum’s 46,000 SF R&D labs and biorepository facility. Negotiated the assignment and lease extension of their facility following an acquisition of Gene Logic. Successfully marketed and subleased 20,000 sf of surplus administrative office space.
