Rockville, MD – Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore areas, announces today that long-time industry executive Sandra T. Hunt has joined Scheer Partners as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales.
Hunt will contribute nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience in sales and leasing to Scheer Partners. She has a broad range of expertise in diverse areas such as include acquisitions, leasing, development, property management and construction. Hunt’s knowledge has resulted in more than $450 million of recent sales and leasing to developers, REITs and institutional and private investors as well as users.
She has an extensive network and expertise to complete traditional transactions with the local entrepreneurial real estate community, as well as very complex sales in the office, industrial, retail and multi-family sectors to institutional clients.
Hunt’s strengths are locating investment opportunities, performing financial evaluations, negotiations and due diligence, and repositioning assets to maximize value.

Prior to joining Scheer Partners, Hunt served as a Vice President with HBW Group for more than 16 years and, prior to that, served at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust as a Vice President for 13 years.
