Silver Spring, MD – An accounting firm that has served the D.C. market for more than 60 years recently moved to a new location in its long-time base of Silver Spring.
Scheer Partners, the leading provider of fully integrated commercial real estate services in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas, announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of Jordan Tempchin & Associates (“JTA”) in a 5,500-square-foot lease relocation at 8737 Colesville Road, a 123,417-square-foot building owned by Vienna’s Atlantic Realty Cos.
In this long-term transaction, Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Matt Brady and Associate Omar McKeithan represented JTA, which previously occupied space at 1109 Spring St.
McKeithan says that JTA limited its search for a new office to the Silver Spring submarket, which it has called home since 1976. “Our client’s work force continues to grow, and the firm’s space on Colesville Road is quite flexible, giving it some room to accommodate additional employees,” he says.
